Rungta Miness Karakhendra Steel Plant

Rungta Mines is planning to set up a steel plant with a capacity of 0.10 mtpa at Karakhendra of Keonjhar district in the state of Odisha. The proposed manufacturing facility are SMS(comprising IF of 2X15 T, CCM 2 strand ), Billet/ Bloom and Slab caster (0.10 MTPA) and TMT/Flat/ Round/ Wire rod/ Structural mill (0.10 MTPA). The estimated cost of the project is Rs.830 Million. As of September 2016, environment clearance for the project is proposed.
